So please, if you need something for next day delivery, do ensure that we have received your order with a phone call.
If your parcel is urgent, you must select the next day delivery option at checkout. If in the unlikely event that your parcel is not delivered within the designated time, our delivery partners will upgrade it to the next available service. Click here for more information and delivery terms and conditions.
99.98% of parcels are delivered on time, but due to events beyond our, and our partners control, such as accidents, severe weather, or IT problems, if your parcel wasn`t delivered on the designated day, and you haven't been advised previously, we will refund 20% of the delivery fee. This Guarantee applys if non-delivery was due to a service failure, and not because the recipient wasn`t in. Exceptions are acts of God, and severe weather conditions, when their is no compensation.
- If the delivery is Urgent and Important, we recommend you select the before Noon delivery service.
- Standard delivery on next day delivery terms is for a delivery between 08.00 and 6.00pm, and in busy periods as late as 9.00pm.
- If you have selected a timed delivery, this will be delivered within that time.
- If you are out, the driver will attempt to leave your parcel/s in a safe place, or with a neighbour. If this isn`t possible, they will leave you a card and attempt delivery the next day. If you are not in on the 2nd delivery attempt, they will again leave a card, and you will have to contact them to arrange collecting the parcel, or pay for a 3rd delivery attempt. If you don`t contact them, they will, after 6 days, return the parcel to us, at a cost of £19.99, which must be deducted from any refund.
- Please note, our couriers are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box. If you use a Post Office Box, and the Parcel is dispatched, our courier will charge us, so we regret, no refund is possible if you use a Post office box as a delivery address
- For delivery terms, please see here
If you are buying as a gift, or having goods delivered to a 3rd party, it is essential that they will be in to receive the parcel/s. When asked, we do instruct the couriers to leave the parcel in a safe place, and this works well, but this is done at your risk. Please read here. This often is available at checkout under "Leave Notes"
