Large nose of honeyed boytritis, pear, and a hint of chocolate. Full bodied and sweet with Pear, burnt orange and a balanced acidity. Its fat and thick on entry, but balanced and elegant on the finish, this wine shows tremendous finesse and freshness. Should age well. Great Value!

Beaumes de Venise has long been famous for its sweet Muscat. The muscat grape produces very fragrant and fresh wines. Here the alcoholic fermentation is stopped half way through by adding spirit. This fortifies the wine whilst retaining sweetness in the unfermented grape sugars. Delicious for pudding!

Dopff & Irion Tokay Pinot Gris has a strong bouquet with smoked flavors and fruity notes (dried fruits and white fruits like peach, mirabelle plum. Round and soft, well balanced, without heaviness. With honey and wax aromas it has a nice freshness on the aftertaste.
