Produced by the Ilchester Cheese company, who describe this cheese as “… a traditional farmhouse Cheddar with a delicate smoky flavour and a lovely smooth texture, all finished with a dusting of paprika for good measure.” This cheese is moist, not a dry and crumbly cheese like many cheddars. It slices very well and melts easily, making it perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches or hamburgers.
