Required experience and skills; This job is packing web orders, so an eye for detail is important, and you need to be flexible, organised and work well under pressure. Involves a range of tasks for our web order fulfilment.
You will be Picking items, co-ordinating and packing parcels, so an eye for detail is crucial, as is the ability to work under pressure. You may be required to work in any area of the shop to support the wider team as required, and will be required to maintain the necessary business dress and hygiene standards, along with cleaning of work stations and all areas. An eye for detail, good numeracy and a desire to provide excellent service.
Desirable experience skills and qualifications; Previous work in food service or retail an asset, but a willingness to learn most important
Duties & Responsibilities; Responsible for serving and dealing with high volumes of customers and inquiries during the busy Festive period. Focused on delivering consistent, outstanding customer service. You will need to have a flexible and positive approach to tasks, work well under pressure, and enjoy a varied selection of tasks through the day.
Work environment; Storeroom based, with some Shop work, dependent on shifts and business needs
