Truffle Brie at The Cheese and Wine Shop
Brie with Truffles
Preparation: 3 days before the meal, cut the brie into 3 horizontal slices, slice the truffles, and spread them on the cheese. Once completed, wrap the cheese in Clingfilm or wax paper and put in the bottom of the fridge.
Take out of the fridge one hour before you plan to eat the cheese, and enjoy with our Cheese Biscuits, or crusty breads. Buy Brie here!
