The current weather conditions are causing delays to goods in, so we are, in a few instances, replacing an out of stock line with its closest match, of the same or greater value.
For the most part, Parcels are being delivered as ordered, and on time. Parcelforce are working extended hours, and because of the road and weather, your Parcel, on a standard service, could be delivered between 08.00 and upto 6.30pm. If it hasnt arrived by 3.00pm PLEASE TRACK IT, or call us and we can track it for you. You will need your Tracking number, which you will have received by email when your parcel was dispatched.
