UK Delivery Options; Our Shopping cart will calculate your parcel weight, specific to your chosen products and destination. We use Parcelforce, UKMail or Royal Mail, depending on the parcels weight. If you have any items that require a chilled service, they must be delivered on a next day service.

For small parcels, with a packed weight of under 1.5kg, we use Royal Mail, whose service options and prices are detailed below.
We strongly recommend selecting the next day before 1.00pm service, as the is
guaranteed. If your parcel is not urgent, any of the other options.
PLEASE be aware, that on 1st Class and 2nd Class tracked services, Royal Mail will wait 15 working days before accepting that a parcel has failed to reach its destination. That is the time we have to wait before we can resnd your missing Parcel.
Royal Mail options for small Parcels upto 2kg
Next day delivery by 1.00pm with tracking facility. Recomended for small Parcels under 1.5kg when packed. Click here for terms and conditions. (Opens in new Window)
1st Class signed for delivery
Delivery aim 1 day, but NOT guaranteed. Not recomended for urgent items, or if you are depending on the Parcels arrival, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, UNLESS you have ordered the goods for delivery well before you need them. Trackable with signature service, and sent under Royal Mails terms. (Certificate of Posting, but in event of non-receipt, you must make a claim from Royal Mail) Not suitable for chilled items.

Tracked 2nd Class signed for
Suitable for smaller parcels, when a specific delivery date isnt required. Delivery is between 2-3 days, but isnt guranteed, and during busy times, may be subject to delay. Not suitable for chilled items.
