Paul de Ruyter was a career Chef, having worked in 1, 2 & 3 Star Michelin kitchens, and his career has taken him to Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, before arriving back in England and taking over the Cheese and Wine Shop, located in the beautiful Somerset town of Wellington.
