The Newt's cheeses are handmade at The Creamery, the dedicated dairy located next to The Castle Cary station.

Resurrecting a former milk factory first built in 1912, The Creamery is where a modern, Newt spin is applied to West Country dairy traditions, using the finest milks, specially sourced from local herds, including their own water buffalo, and you can buy The Newts Creamery Cheeses here at The Cheese and Wine Shop
