Shipping policy

We deliver to most UK addresses, and don't currently deliver to Europe or beyond.

Delivery days; We deliver Wednesday to Friday, and can deliver to your home or workplace. If you require a Saturday delivery, please call and we can arrange this, or put a note in your order. Saturday delivery is available, see costing at Checkout.

Delivery Charges; Our Shopping cart will calculate your parcel weight, specific to your chosen products and destination. Delivery's are made below cost, and most parcels are delivered on the required day, We use DHL or Royal Mail, and you can choose the delivery day you require at checkout.

We recommend Royal Mail guaranteed by 1.00pm for all cheese and urgent deliveries. In the event of a late or failed delivery, the delivery cost will be refunded.

Sending Perishable items? We recommend selecting Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1.00pm, to ensure items arrive in best possible condition. In the unlikely event of a late delivery, the delivery cost is refunded. 

Also, please bear in mind that its not just the weight of your item/s, all chilled parcels require Ice packs, which typically add 1 - 4 kg or more per parcel. 

Please note that as our products are perishable, we strongly recommend that someone be available to accept delivery from our couriers. We cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries due to no one being at home.

Choosing a delivery day; We suggest receiving the  delivery a day or two before its needed, as couriers are not perfect, and nor are we unfortunately! Parcels do on occasion get mis-routed, not collected, or delayed due to road conditions, accident and bad weather, so, ideally, we don’t recommend "just in time” delivery’s, although sometimes there is no other option, and rest assured we will always do our utmost to ensure late and last minute orders reach you as needed.

Our delivery cost is dependent on the parcels weight. For small parcels, with a packed weight of under 1.5kg, delivery starts from £5.99 for a 48 hour service.

For our Cheeses, these use a next day (from your chosen dispatch date) perishable delivery.
