Delivery Prices Explained
Cheeses require a chilled delivery; we recommend Royal Mail Guaranteed Service. We pack the parcels with plenty of Ice to ensure the Cheeses arrive cold.
Some customers choose our Royal Mail Next Day Tracked Service, and in the rare occasions that there is a delay, the cheeses are still nice and cold on arrival, and the delivery cost can be refunded.

Our delivery times are for guidance and are not a guarantee. We cannot take responsibility for length of delivery time once an item is dispatched from us to our carrier.
If you select a delivery date please bear in mind that while we will always ship an order the day before this date we use a third party courier and delays can happen. If your order is for an event such as a birthday, a party or a wedding we would always recommend arranging the delivery a good 3-4 days before the event, assuming you have enough storeage space.
In the rare event of any specific cheese stock shortage we may substitute a cheese with a like for like replacement so as not to delay the shipment.
Delivery is only working days and Saturdays therefore we ship orders from Tuesday to Friday to arrive Tuesday to Saturday. We do not deliver ON Mondays.
Please note that certain parts of the British Isles including the Islands and the Scottish Highlands are harder to get to and therefore increase the chance of longer delivery times.

Deliveries are made Wednesday to Friday, with Saturday delivery to some areas an extra cost option. A delivery date that suits you can also be chosen, earliest delivery for theses orders is 2 working days lead time.
Upon checkout, alternative delivery instructions must be given & a telephone number in the event you are not in to accept the goods.
These instructions can be, but are not limited to the following examples “leave by side near gate” or “leave at number 12 South Street” (as long as it is a close neighbour on the same road/vicinity).
Without this alternative delivery instruction due to the nature of the goods we will be unable to process the order.
