Best Before and Use By Dates

Where relevant, on our fresh products, we will indicate a expected minimum best before or use by date. Please take this into consideration when ordering your Cheese.

Generally, as a guide, our Cut cheeses will arrive, and be at their best for 3 or so days from arrival. Individual cheeses will be anything upto 3 months, although with some of our fresh Cheeses, its a much shorter 3-7 days from arrival.
