Produced at The Newts dedicated dairy located next to Castle Cary station, and resurrecting a former milk factory first built in 1912, The Creamery is where they put a spin on West Country dairy traditions, using beautiful fresh milk that is specially selected from local herds, including thir own water buffalo. 

Firm, halloumi-style cheese with milk from the Newts own herd of water buffalo. Naturally creamy and high in butterfat, buffalo milk gives this grilling cheese its rich texture and deliciously full flavour.

Sutton Brue is firm to the touch, but when grilled, fried or barbecued, turns soft and golden, making it perfect for burgers, salads, snacks.
