Best enjoyed after being decanted for at least 45 minutes to allow the flavours to fully open up. Enjoy with our Aged Cheddars and Mature Stilton.

Cheeses to avoid; young, soft cheeses: avoid soft-ripened cheeses like brie and camembert, as they can cause the wine to taste bitter or metallic. Mild cheeses: mild, soft cheeses with high acidity, such as fresh goat cheese, are also likely to clash with a bold cabernet sauvignon.
