SOMERSET POMONA 10CL 20% MINI

Somerset Pomona, named after the Roman goddess of fruit. It is a traditional English apple liqueur produced here in Somerset. Its a rich blend of vintage apple juice and aged cider brandy, matured in oak barrels to create a warming, complex spirit with notes of toffee, spiced apple, almond, and oak. 

Pomona, created by Somerset apple alchemist Julian Temperley blends sweet, unfermented apple juices with his own aged cider brandy. Its a vivid russet-brown colour and smells eerie, haunting and full of strange beauty.

(Francophiles: think Suze) In the mouth, its sweet, strong and subtly fruity, full of latent apple perfume and the fire of Temperleys two antique stills, Josephine and Fifi.
