Snowdonia Black Bomber Extra Mature Cheddar Truckle isn’t just a tasty bit of Welsh rarebit, it’s picked up some serious awards over the years; namely a Silver Medal at the 2010 Nantwich International Cheese Show and a bronze medal at the 2007 World Cheese Awards.

Snowdonia Black Bomber pairs brilliantly with our biscuits and chutneys (such as Real Ale Chutney or Red Hot Chilli Crackers), and it’s even better when enjoyed with a glass or two of wine! For reds, we recommend a Malbec or Rioja and whites, either a Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc. Ales and our Ciders also go particularly well with Black Bomber.
