Domaine Sebastien Dampt's Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaillons is a superb white wine originating from France's Burgundy region.

This elegant Chardonnay stands out with its brilliant golden hue, and tantalises with a bouquet of citrus fruits, green apple and subtle notes of white blossoms. On the palate, it unfolds a beautiful mineral profile, making a perfect balance with its impressive structure and vibrant acidity.

With its balance of citrus (green apple, lemon), white blossoms, and distinct oyster-shell minerality, and a rich yet clean palate with zesty acidity, its perfect for pairing with seafood, sushi, or poultry.

While it can be enjoyed now, it also possesses the potential for cellaring. Pairs well with seafood, notably oysters or scallops, bestowing a gourmet touch for any exceptional occasion. It's a magnificent representation of Dampt's vinicultural excellence.
