On the Burrow Hill Farm they grow, ferment and distill the apples used to make their delicately perfumed Apple Eau de Vie. This pure apple is then blended with handpicked Morello Cherries grown on neighbouring farm. After a year the fruit is pressed resulting in a full bodied fragrant cherry liqueur with a hint of almonds and a lingering fruity finish.
