QB GIN QUINCE BULLACE 50CL 30%

A gin-based liqueur (created by the same chaps behind Pinkster Gin) that combines notes of Suffolk quince and wild bullace from the hedgerows of East Anglia. Bullace, for those not familiar, is a type of plum vaguely similar to the damson. Try this sweet treat with ginger ale, and garnish with orange peel.
