This fresh and floral white wine from Silicy, has crisp acidity and touches of honey and complex nuttiness. Fiano is a white variety, indigenous to Italy and found predominately in the south where it recently has become particularly popular in Sicily.

Made by winemaker Stefano Chioccioli, who is particularly passionate about agriculture as well as winemaking.This wine offers lovely minerality and is beautifully balanced.

Perfect chilled as an aperitif and wonderful with seafood.
