Furleigh Estate Cuvee a classic sparkling wine from the Dorset. Made with a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes grown on the estate's 85-acre vineyard in Dorset! Traditional production methods are followed, akin to Champagne, the wine is fermented in the bottle and the result is a fabulous English sparkling wine that would be ideal to enjoy with canaps and fancy nibbles. The beautiful Furleigh Estate comprises 85 acres of land, including lakes, woodland, and the all important vineyards. Their Classic Cuve is produced from the classic three sparkling varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, aged in bottle on the lees for 18 months for a subtle toastiness that doesn't overwhelm the pure fruit flavours.
