The Bacchus Fume is a beautifully rounded wine from the Jurassic Coast vineyards at Furleigh Estate. The wine is carefully harvested, barrel fermented and then aged for a seven months in oak to develop its "Fume" character. Subtle aromas of lime zest and passion fruit lead into an explosion of juicy exotic fruit on the palate; notes of pineapple, papaya, citrus and mango round-off into a soft, vanilla finish.

Pairs beautifully with: Thai-infused mussels, roast chicken, falafel, or creamy pasta dishes. Cheese pairing: Shropshire Blue.
