FINE CHEESE TOAST FOR CHEESE GLUTEN FREE CHERRIES ALMONDS LINSEED

‘Toast’ is oh so thin, light and crisp, but what makes it unique is that around 60 % of the cracker is composed of fruits, nuts and seeds. Making it oh so fruity, oh so nutty and oh so - well ‘seedy’! Now made from a blend of gluten-free cereals.

Delicious partnered with cheeses such as Fourme d'Ambert, Stilton and Gorgonzola Dolce, but equally good on their own.

Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.

Ingredients; Pasteurised Egg White (Egg white, Acidity regulator: Lactic acid, Thickening agent: Xanthan gum, stabiliser: aluminium sulfate), Buttermilk, Glace cherries (23%) (Cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, concentrates: carrot, radish, blackcurrant; acidity regulator: citric acid), Tapioca starch, Potato starch, Gluten free Oat flour, Honey, Maize starch, Dried apple pieces, Extra virgin olive oil, Raising Agents (Disodium diphosphate, Sodium hydrogen carbonate).
