Gluten free extra virgin olive oil and sea salt crackers are a crunchy base for slices of hard cheese and a drizzle of honey. Made with a blend of gluten-free cereals, buttermilk and extra virgin olive oil, these crisp crackers have a subtle flavour of rich olive oil and are finished with flecks of sea salt. Top these crackers with some of our pecorino, manchego or complex Colston Bassett stilton.
