The long wait is over, and the release of this gorgeous rum! This rum from Exmoor Distillery is matured for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks, giving it notes of butterscotch and burnt toffee, with the complex sweetness of the bourbon coming through. The bottle in itself is a thing of beauty with a stag in a full moon appearing through the back of the rum, and moves with you as you turn the bottle. At 60% ABV it packs a punch, but is delicious served over ice or on it?s own. Batch one bottling, with a limited number of bottles produced. CASK 4 Bourbon/Sherry
