Made with Jersey Cows Milk, and delicately flavored with Chive & Garlic, Sharphams Devon Rustic is a semi-hard cheese, matured for approximately 6-8 weeks, giving a youthful cheese with a moist, creamy texture.

The richness of the cheese compliments the savoury herbs and results in a scrumptious guest for any cheese board. Its handy in the kitchen too, ideal as a melted topping for bread, pasta or meats.
