CAMEMBERT DE NORMANDIE 250G

Well known in France as one of the classic national cheeses. In order to qualify for the AOC label, the milk must come from the cows in the Normandy region and must remain unpasteurised.

The flavour is creamy and complex, it has a clean aroma with a good tang of mushrooms

Details: Camembert AOC's characteristic pale yellow, runny centre, results in a full flavoured, rich buttery flavour with aromas of mushroom.

Great on crusty bread it is also fantastic baked as a fondue and used as an addition to pasta dishes.
