Boulard Calvados is double distilled in traditional copper pot stills, and aged for at least 4 years in oak barrels. Once blended, this VSOP stays in casks enough time to reach its characteristic smoothness. It has fruity, elegant oaky notes, hazelnut, toast and brioche on the nose. Taste is balanced and harmonious with vanilla notes, oaky, with distinctive ripe apples and applesauce. Once blended, this VSOP stays in casks enough time to obtain a characteristic smoothness
