While 70% of this wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 30% of it was fermented and matured in second- and third-fill French oak barrels before being blended together and bottled.

The result is a delicate and nuanced wine with layers of fresh pear and peaches, rounded off with a round and creamy mouthfeel. White flower, peach and apricot, lightly oaked. Complex and elegant. Ripe peaches and apricots. This wine presents a nice combination of complexity as well as elegance; its dry, slightly wooded, medium-bodied white wine is creamy with a floral nose and lime zest finish that provides the perfect balance to the depth of wood.
