A WINTERS TALE MANZANILLA SHERRY 75CL 175%

This sherry is unique in that it is a blend of two different wines. An old Dry Amontillado solera, which gives it its elegance and lightness, is blended with a solera from sun dried Pedro Ximenez grapes to give it delicious sweetness. A medium sweet sherry from Williams & Humbert aged for at least six years in their solera. A combination of Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes give this a rounded combination of a nutty body with sweet dried-fruit richness. The main variety of grape used in the production of a Winters Tale, is cultivated exclusively in the Jerez district which is a triangular shape located in the South of Spain between the Guadalquivir and the Guadalete rivers and the Atlantic Ocean. Here the district enjoys a warm and humid microclimate.
