The Fine Cheese Company

The Fine Cheese Company was founded by Ann-Marie Dyas way back in 1990 in nearby Bath. A keen cheese enthusiast, Ann Marie was a judge at both the British and World Cheese Awards, and she was committed to the survival of traditional cheese-making, and to introducing farmhouse cheeses to as wide a public as possible.

The love of fine cheese extends beyond these shores, and they also import the best artisan cheeses from France, Italy, Spain and Holland, and you`ll find many of them here at The Cheese and Wine Shop of Wellington.
