Ideal as an aperitif and with light starters. A wine to enjoy on its own, with food and definitely with friends. It displays lifted nots of gooseberry and ripe guava on the nose and has a beautifully fresh, crisp palate that is fruity, yet dry on the finish.

This style best enjoyed lightly chilled either with chicken, seafood or light meat dishes.
