Spring flowering sweet chestnut. A sophisticated, dark liquid honey with a slightly amaro bitter taste. Chestnut honey doesn't set easily & is often enjoyed with a slice of Pecorino cheese. The honey is harvested using the cold extraction method. It's unfiltered and unpasteurised.
