Spring flowering sweet chestnut. A sophisticated, dark liquid honey with a slightly amaro bitter taste. Amaro is a flavor profile that balances a sharp, botanical bitterness with sweet syrupy notes. The bitterness is carefully calibrated to create a highly aromatic, complex, and refreshing finish.

Chestnut honey doesn't set easily and is often enjoyed with a slice of our Pecorino cheese. The honey is harvested using the cold extraction method. It's unfiltered and unpasteurised.
