A seasonal variation of the all-year-round Yorkshire Brack, packed with festive flavours. raditional Lincolnshire Plumbread from Modens Bakery. Fruity, spicy and moist and delicious served with Lancashire or your favourite Cheese.

Each loaf is hand-baked by Modens Bakery in Spilsby, on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The recipe was developed in 1936 and has changed very little since. This is a deliciously fruity bread.

Serve buttered on its own or with our asty cheeses. Its great toasted, with our Longmans butter and your favourite jam. If you have any leftover, it makes a fantastic bread & butter pudding - really spicy and fruity!
