Ale is a type of beer brewed using a warm fermentation method, resulting in a sweet, full-bodied and fruity taste. Historically, the term referred to a drink brewed without hops; its a natural glorious golden colour; juicy malt aroma with just a hint of vanilla with citric hops.
It starts bitter-sweet in the mouth and finishes dry and intensely hoppy.
