Triple-cream cheese or fromage triple-crème is cheese which contains more than 75% butterfat in its dry matter, that is, roughly 40% fat overall, similar to the fat content of extra-heavy liquid cream. Triple-crème cheeses taste rich and creamy. Its one of the most refined of our French cheeses, and is sold matured. It is made with cows milk enriched with fresh cream. Its refined taste and creamy melt in the mouth texture set it apart from all other cheeses.
Made by Fromagerie Lincet in the Burgundy region of France. Rich and full flavoured with a smooth, velvety, melt in the mouth texture. Delice de Bourgogne is made by adding creme fraiche to full fat cows milk. It has a white bloomy rind which has a mushroomy smell that contrasts nicely with the buttery and tangy notes of the cheese.
Delice de Bourgogne is similar to our other classic French cheese, Brillat Savarin. It is also similar to our Brie in appearance but this is where the similarities end, this sumptuous cheese delivers an extra triple cream punch to the palate.
This cheese is best enjoyed when it is running off your plate.
Cow/Pasturised/Vegetarian

White Wines: Our Crisp, dry white Burgundy wines, Chablis, and our richer whites like Meursault.
