Located in the Entre-Deux-Mers, on the slope of Branne near St Emilion, Chateau Reynier is owned and managed by oenologist Marc Lurton.

Grapes are rigorously selected at harvest, with each variety and plot vinified separately to preserve site expression and quality. Fully destemmed and fermented at 20–24°C using traditional Bordeaux methods, with 2–3 weeks of maceration followed by malolactic fermentation.

The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels in limestone cellars. Rich blackcurrant and plum aromas with subtle hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a smooth texture with well-integrated tannins, showcasing flavours of ripe dark fruits, cocoa, and a touch of oak. The finish is long and elegant.

Combining traditional and modern techniques, the wines produced here are excellent value quality Bordeaux.

What to partner this Chateau Reynier Bordeau with? Its ideal with roasted or grilled red meats like steak and lamb, hearty stews, and our charcuterie boards.

It also complements poultry, game meats, and vegetarian options like mushroom-based dishes and stuffed mushrooms. Cheesewise, enjoy with hard cheeses, such as our  cheddars or Comté.
