Double Gloucester is a pasteurised full fat hard cheese with a natural mouldy rind. Production of this cheese at Hunts Court began in 1973. The cheese has a light, mellow and delicate flavour, pale orange colour and a slightly open texture. This is a naturally rinded product and such, there will be surface mould.
