Sourced from vineyards located in on the edges of the Thau Lagoon and regarded as some of the oldest in the Mediterranean, this is a crisp, dry French white wine from the Languedoc.

Known for its zesty citrus (lemon, lime), green apple, floral, and refreshing mineral notes, offering great value as a sunny, alternative to Sauvignon Blanc.

Grapes are gently crushed and pressed to extract the juice without compromising the delicate flavors. 

The juice undergoes a controlled fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to retain the grape`s crispness and aromatic qualities. Lip-puckering freshness, dry on the palate, with zesty citrus and stone fruit complemented by a distinct salinity. 

It`s perfect for drinking in the garden on a sunny day or anytime as an alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
