BARBADILLO FINO SHERRY 70CL 15%

A great aperitif fino sherry from Barbadillo. From this very highly awarded, Trophy-winning family bodega in Jerez, comes this wonderfully dry Pale Fino.

Made with Palomino Grapes, and aged in casks under a floating layer of yeast known as the flor, using the traditional Solera system within the ancient cathedral style cellars of Barbadillo. This unique aging process gives this Sherry its characteristic straw colour, almond aroma and crispy, dry flavour. 

It's filled with tangy freshness, dried apple and toasty, nutty notes, almost like a Manzanilla. The height of hip on the tapas bar scene. Serve chilled, in a white wine glass.

Perfect Pairing: This has a wonderfully nutty flavour and goes superbly well with light fish dishes.Serrano ham, seafood, sheeps cheese.
