Enjoy this vibrant bubbly from Babylonstoren in South Africa. Sprankel is made in the traditional method, also known as 'cap classique' of the finest sparkling wines, and it offers bright citrus, apple and brioche notes, making it perfect for any occasion, but especially when celebrating!.

Sprankel is composed of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from some of Babylonstoren's finest vineyard plots. The wine's extending lees ageing in bottle really brings out the quality of the fruit, while adding layers of complexity and a glorious mousse of bubbles.

Spranke; is fresh and well balanced with a very fine mousse and soft acidity to balance the almond skin and passion fruit tones. Delicious lime and grapefruit with beautiful minerality and long finish. Made in the traditional method with ageing potential for 8 years.
