From Puglia, this wine has a deep red colour. Its bouquet is complex with notes of violet and ripe red fruit. It has a round and smooth taste with well-balanced acidity and good structure.

A very versatile Medium bodied wine to be enjoyed with food. Arguably more well known by its alter-ego Zinfandel, Primitivo is a huge, ripe Italian grape which is the pride of the Apulia region in the south of Italy. Food friendly wine to enjoy on its own, or with Pastas, Grills, Roasts and many of our cheeses.
