Charbonnel et Walker is Britains first luxury chocolatier, established in 1875. Encouraged by Edward VII, (then the Prince of Wales), Mme Charbonnel, known for her artisan skills and the making of the finest chocolates in Paris, was introduced to Mrs Walker in London.
