Delicious soft cheese made with raw cows’ milk and enriched with double cream which is responsible for its incredibly rich buttery texture and flavour. Cheeses enriched with cream are known as “triple creams”.
Crafted in the heart of Burgundy, this cheese is a true masterpiece of creamy richness and velvety texture. Delice des Cremier comes from Burgundy region where it ripens in cellars for at least three weeks. Afterwards, it continues to ripen for another two weeks in the wooden box.
With its luscious interior and bloomy rind, Délice des Crémiers offers a taste experience that is as luxurious as it is memorable.
What to drink with Delice? Complement the rich creaminess of Délice des Crémiers with a crisp and acidic French Sauvignon Blanc, such as Sancerre.
