Made from 100% Stoke Red apples, this cider goes through a year-long secondary fermentation in the bottle – after which the yeast is carefully disgorged. The result is a bone-dry, velvety and full-bodied cider with notes of blood orange and woody spiciness that can be enjoyed with food or as an aperitif.
