Preorder Items; Some cheeses have short shelf lives, and some cheeses are less popular, or produced in limited quantity's. For these Cheeses, we hold limited stock, and generally receive delivery's once you order, to ensure they arrive with you with the maximum shelf life possible.

When ordering these items, please note products that are on preorder; Look for the Preorder Item flag on relevant products; "Leadtime 21 Days" and allow for this when you choose your delivery date at checkout. You`ll need to add the leadtime to todays date when choosing your delivery date.

So, if its the 2nd today, you`d choose a date on or after 23rd.
