Produced by Husband and Wife team Pat Patel and Julie Heap using no less than 11 botanicals, producing complex layers of citrus and pepper notes finely balanced with the distinct flavours of juniper and coriander, producing a distinctive Exmoor Gin.
Made in tiny 25 litre batches each botanical if distilled separately and then carefully blended to achieve a consistent style through from batch to batch. The result is a lovely smooth gin, full-bodied but also elegant in style.

What is Cubeb? Also known as tailed pepper, cultivated for its fruit and essential oil. It is mostly grown in Java and Sumatra, hence sometimes called Java pepper.
