Creamy textured cheddar with complex savoury, nutty, earthy flavours and tangy acidity. Made by the Keen family at Moorhayes Farm near Wincanton, here in Somerset, and a lovely partner for the  Rioja.

Manchego 300g

Manchego is a popular, rich, creamy sheep's milk cheese that comes from the La Mancha region of Spain. The Manchego sheep graze on the shrubs of the vast plateaus of the Dahesa and produce a thick milk that gives the cheese its unique character. It is a semi-firm cheese that is a rich golden colour with a distinct nutty flavour.  
Wine Partner; Crianza 75cl  Full bodied and smooth, with vibrant red berry fruit flavours, along with notes of coffee and chocolate. Enjoy at room temperature, as well as partnering these Cheeses, its great with Lamb and Game.
