This Camembert is a rind washed cheese, rubbed with salt and smeared with bacterium linens, then regularly washed in Calvados. The Cheese is then coated in fresh Toasted Breadcrumbs, which adds a lovely contrast. Also known as "Le Maxi Cados", it has lovely smell, and its taste is milder, creamier and much more subtle than its smell would suggest. Enjoy with our Cheese Biscuits.

Had this cheese for a dinner party, along with a super Cheddar and both where wonderful. This Camembert is lovely, and we had it with a glass of Somerset Cider Brandy!
