Thank you for your very prompt service. My wine order was sent as promised and when it was not delivered by the mail I received a prompt offer of a replacement. However it was delivered to the wrong address and when I did get it I was offered a box of chocolates for my inconvenience.

Bill was absolutely delighted with the hamper. Stinking Bishop was the winner, closely followed by the devon blue (bit to blue-ey for me though!)

Hello,
A parcel arrived from your shop yesterday in excellent condition, considering how hot the weather was it was a delight to open chilly goods! After a night in the freezer the ice bags also proved very useful when I bought ice cream today.
The goodies are a present for my 75th birthday and I intend to share them with some of my family this weekend, the ones who are too far away to join me will miss a treat.
